FET Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy

Outlining the commitments and expectations for all players and participants at FET Academy, ensuring a clear and mutually beneficial path for development and success.

Your commitment to Football Evolution Training:

Commitment to FET:

Before joining FET, we ask that you ensure you can fully commit to our programs, schedules, and associated costs. By registering your interest, you confirm your availability to adhere to the specified training days suitable for you.

Trial Period for New Players:

All new players must undergo a trial session, during which our coaching team will evaluate your performance. You will be scheduled to participate in our current training sessions as part of the trial. Within 14 days of completing your trial, you will receive an email informing you of your successful or unsuccessful placement in the academy.

 

Commitment for Selected Academy Players:

  • Training and Matches: Academy players are required to attend a minimum of two training sessions per week at any of the specified sessions for their age group, and play matches every three weeks as per the 2024 schedule.

  • Attendance: If selected, you must commit to the scheduled number of sessions. Should any issues arise that prevent you from attending, FET may offer alternative arrangements to help you retain your position.

Commitment for Academy Train-On Players:

Train-On players must attend at least one training session per week, based on the timetable for their age group.

Commitment for Academy Development Players:

Academy Development players are required to attend one training session per week as per the 2024 timetable for their age group.

 

Registration Process:

The selection process for our Academy is ongoing throughout the year. Our programs, including Play, Mini's, and FET Academy, run for 30 weeks across school terms 1 to 3. The FET Academy and EPL programs also operate off-season for 10 weeks during school term 4.

 

Notification of Placement:

You will receive an email with one of the following offers based on your trial results:  

  1. Academy Player  

  2. Academy Train-On Player  

  3. Academy Development Player  

If your application is unsuccessful, we will notify you by email and offer alternative options to support your development.

Right to Refuse Entry:

FET reserves the right to refuse entry into the academy at its discretion. In the event that you are not offered a place, FET will provide guidance on other development pathways available.
