Our Female Academy is dedicated to providing young women with elite training, mentorship, and opportunities, helping them excel both on the field and in their football careers.
Giving Female Footballers The Development & Opportunity They Deserve!
The FET Academy is WA’s solution to the lack of development opportunities For Female footballers.
We understand that young female footballers often lack sufficient game time and structured training hours, frequently being coached by unqualified parents or inexperienced coaches. This gap is a key reason Australia struggles to develop female players ready for the professional stage.
Our academy complements club training by offering up to 4 additional training sessions per week, along with competitive matches against other WA clubs. This provides dedicated young female players in Perth the opportunity to match the development of those in overseas academies.
In the coming years, selected female academy players will have opportunities to travel both interstate and internationally, as we have already done, to compete against professional academy teams. This experience helps them gauge the global standard of top talent. FET will also host showcases, giving our players exposure to our network of international scouts.

Female Academy
Football Evolution Training
Our FET Academy runs twice a year and timed to coincide with the school terms. All sessions are specifically designed to enhance the technical and knowledgeable skills of the game for all levels.
ACADEMY - 30 Weeks (Feb-Sept)
Select from training sessions either 2, 3 or 4 times per week, our main program focuses on constant player development across all applications of the game. Performance testing at 10 week intervals provides a visual guide to improvements in key areas.
Matchday Games: Those enrolled as 'Players' will also compete in matchday games between similar matched teams.
OFF-SEASON - 10 Weeks (Oct-Dec)
Our 10 week off-season program is designed to keep to training and playing throughout the closed season and providing additional training to those who are committed to other football clubs.
EPL (Evolution Premier League): Our Off-Season program also incorporates our own unique EPL football league to create competitive competition style games between our groups.
